Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return or exchange the item(s) within 30 days from the day you have received your order. If 30 days have gone by since you received your products and you have not contacted us, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Return/Exchange (accepted under the following circumstances):

  1. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be
    • Unused
    • Undamaged
    • All tags attached
    • Original packaging
  2. Damaged product / manufacturers defect
    • If the product arrives damaged. Whether due to shipping care or a manufacturer’s defect, we will ship you a replacement, and require the photo evidence of this via email to
  3. Not as described
    • If the product arrives and the customer can prove that it does not match up with the product description. We will honor a refund or exchange for a different item.  Please note that we will not refund an item simply because of customer dissatisfaction.  We closely vet all our suppliers to ensure a consistently high-quality product.    
  4. Order not received
    • If the product doesn’t arrive because it is clearly lost in transit. We can either send you another product or we can refund you 100%.


Return/Exchange process:

  • Step 1: You must first contact us, providing us with the order number and the reason for the return/exchange in our contact form.
  • Step 2: Leave a note with your order number and insert it into the return package.
  • Step 3: Pack the item(s) into the original packaging, and send it to the address: Room 401, 402 and 5th Floor  -553, Geography Building, NO.506 Qingyuan Rd, Tianxin District, Changsha, Hunan, China
  • Step 4: Choose the postal service to send back your return package.
  • Step 5: Once your parcel reaches us, we will process the refund/exchange within 5 working days. The refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 working days. 


Restocking fee:

  • Due to inspection, warehouse, and processing costs a 10% restocking fee will be applied to all item(s) that are returned.  Item(s) being returned/exchanged due to manufacturers defect will not incur this restocking fee. The fee will be applied to the original order and the remaining balance will be refunded.


Refund method:

  • Please allow 5 working days for your refund to post to your original payment method. We will notify you by email when your refund has been submitted.


Return/Exchange shipping costs:

  • You will be responsible for return/exchange postage unless products are defective or wrong.

Order Modifications or Cancellation

  • After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.
