By ordering at Amcoserplay. You agree to the terms below. We set these policies in place to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and refund methods and procedures. These policies apply to the (USA) country.
A. 30 day return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
B. Return Process
To initiate a withdrawal, you can contact us at Support@amcoserplay.com or call us at (830) 202-2330. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent back to us without a return request first will not be accepted.
C. Damaged and wrong product or issue
Please inspect your order at reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the problem and fix it.
To return your product, you must contact our mail.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size or defective. If you need to exchange an item, please contact Support@amcoserplay.com or call us at (830) 202-2330.
E. Restocking charges
We do not charge any restocking fee on returns.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you, and let you know if the refund was approved. Upon approval, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
G. Cancelling an order
Depending on where you live, you can also choose to cancel your order under the CCRs (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013). If you choose this option we will refund you the full price for any returned item that meets our Returns Policy and the original delivery fee; however, you will be responsible for the cost and arrangement of returning the item(s) to the amcoserplay.com partner(s) you ordered from.
