1. How do I place my order?

Simply choose your style on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!

2. How long will it take to ship my order?

Please allow 3-5 days to receive a tracking number while your order is custom made, packaged and shipped from our facility.

3. My tracking order number isn't working

Tracking numbers can take 5-7 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

4. What type of payment do you accept?

We only accept  Paypal.

5. Which currency will I be charged in?

We processes all orders in USD.

6. Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?

 You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure.

7. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?
 We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.

8. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?
 For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where you are located.
